Frequently Asked Questions

Come as you are, and dress to bless not to impress. You'll find anything here from jeans and sneakers to dresses and heels, so if you prefer casual, dressy, or anywhere in between, you'll fit in just fine! God is more concerned with your heart anyway.

"The Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7

Parking is available across from the front of the building in the field, we also have permission to use the Johnstone parking lot on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights since their business is closed during those hours.

Disability parking right in front of the building in the marked spaces.

Our gatherings typically are under 90 minutes, but we encourage you to stick around after to get to know some folks and enjoy some hot coffee or tea!

The Rock Kids meet during the 11am service and is for ages 1 yr to 5th grade. We also have Kids church provided during the Wednesday night service at 7. If you do come to the 9am with younger children we have a family room available with a livestream of the service.

We unfortunately aren't offering any youth meetings right now but would love to in the future!

We livestream our 9am Sunday morning service, and our 7pm Wednesday night service through our app, YouTube, and Facebook

We don't have formal membership. If you are a follower of Jesus then you are a member of the body of Christ! However, we do recommend that you attend our Next Steps program which includes meeting the staff and ministry leaders, and a foundations class outlining in detail, what we believe and why. This is mandatory if you would like to be serving as a volunteer in any capacity.

We changed our name to The Rock Church in March of 2025. We are still Calvary Chapel affiliated and believe the same doctrine. All the church leadership is the same, we just needed a change for several reasons that Pastor Lance lays out very well in his sermon  Time For a Change.
